This is a can’t miss recipe that will give you amazing results every time for fall apart pulled pork from a bone-in Pork Shoulder / Pork butt. Smoked with cherry wood and lump charcoal on the Big Green Egg.

Pork Injection Recipe
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 Tablespoons of BBQ Rub – I used “The BBQ Rub” from Malcom Reed for this cook as it is finely ground and dissolves nicely. Affiliate Link:

Pork Butt Rub – Apply as Much as the Pork will Hold.
12 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
4 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt
2 Tablespoons Celery Salt
2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Mix
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
4 Tablespoons Sweet Smoked Paprika
2 Tablespoons Ancho Chile
2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Cumin
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 teaspoons Thyme
2 teaspoons Rosemary
2 teaspoons Cayenne
2 teaspoons Mustard Powder
