  • I looove this. I always boil them, but now Im gonna try grilling them for sure.

  • I do the peel back prep and clean like you do but I steam it for 10 mins. Then I peal it again, season and butter it, put the husk back in place and cook it on the grill. With all the moisture and a hot grill gives you smoked seasoned buttery sweet corn. I melt my butter and put it into a squeeze bottle for easy access and my guest always want my corn on the menu!
