Hi! Your link in the description doesn't work. The one in the comments doesn't work either. Can you provide me with the recipe in another way? Looks really good!
Your link doesnt work, could you please pass on the recipe? Would love your Herb seasoning recipe
No need to truss that hunk of meat?
Hold the phone a frick'n minute. You're telling me I can rotisserie a 15 lb lipon to 125 degrees in an hour and a half?
I have this exact grill. My back burner "flames". Yours glows red. Obviously something is wrong with mine. Wonder what it is….
My DCS gas grill never got used because I have a Kamado and it works great. I decided to try a rotisserie chicken on it tonight because I never used the rotisserie before. It was pretty damn good for gas grill food. I might try a rib roast next.
Thats a really nice set up you have there. How many people did that feed?
That looks delicious! I've been looking at built in grills on your web site and so many to choose from that it gets confusing. Just from your reviews and comparing features, this DCS and the Lion appeal to me. If you had to choose one for your outdoor kitchen, which one would you install? Thanks
I have a 5lb Sirloin Tip Roast- could I do the same thing? One thing, though: I have the Rotisserie- I DON'T have the infrared burner. Can I still use Rotisserie and follow the rest of the steps? If so, at what temp using a gas grill? This looks AMAZING! thank you!!
Okay we did everything to your specs…The Rub and Meat were amazing!! Our Potatoes didn't get done. Should I put them in at the beginning. PS. I put them in the Microwave for 10 minutes and they were still GREAT!
I do not have an infrared burner on my grill. Can I still do this with just the grill burners using indirect heat? Thanks. Looks really good!
Hey, I added it back to the description. Sorry about that! It got over written when we added the full recipe transcript, thanks for the heads up! Let us know how your roast turns out!
I am missing the recipe for the herb blend. Chef Tony said it was in the description, but I don't see it.
I'm making this tomorrow!
I'm SERIOUS! I would even do the cleaning!
Hahaha!
If I were gay I would ask you to marry me Tony
Yes indeed! A quality beef slab right there!
damn thats quality right there!!
It was a chunk of beast indeed! Thanks for watching!
Looks good enough to eat. Not that I can afford such a large chunk of beast like yours but maybe a smaller cut around 5 or 6 lbs. I may be able to swing that. It seemed that you meat was not balanced good on the spit.
Thanks
Fab
One day! Hah, happy grilling!
It was delicious!
Is Crying b/c he cannot do this.
Mmmmmmmmmm that looks amazing
