Vegan Barbeque Tempeh with Coleslaw

I omitted the oil for the tempeh and reduced the barbeque sauce to half a bottle instead of a full bottle. For the coleslaw I used 10 cups of coleslaw instead of 5 and kept the sauce amount the same. I reduced the sugar to 3 teaspoons instead of 2 Tablespoons.You can also crumble the tempeh to make it into a “sloppy Joe” style and put it on a bun with the coleslaw. Enjoy with a side vegetable or with some bakes beans!

Looks good: I'll make it soon. I like Litelife tempeh better than Trader Joes, but I always forget about steaming it. I'll have to try that and see if I like it better since it is cheaper. Thanks
