Alexandra Salcedo, RD, cooks up a delicious, healthy dish of steam-grilled cod with grilled chanterelle mushrooms and carrots in the newly opened Step Family Cardiac Wellness and Rehabilitation Center kitchen at Jacobs Medical Center. Cooking classes led by registered dietitians for referred patients are held in the teaching kitchen every Tuesday and Thursday.
