Easy no-knead pizza dough from the cookbook, Bread Baking for Beginners by Bonnie Ohara. I thought it would be fun to use the 8-Hour Fermentation Bread Recipe from the book to add some flavor to the dough. It turn, we got a delicious, low maintenance dinner for date night!

I highly encourage anyone who is looking to start making homemade bread to buy this book, and follow along with me, as I bake my way through this cookbook! 🙂
