  • People, you know this video is edited right? The tongs were in his right hand when he moved the steak to the side, then the knife was in his right hand in the next shot when he cut it. It was clearly not a continuous shot and could very well have been five minutes later.

  • Bright red meat has not been aged. I recommend a slight tinting of brown.

  • First of all those steaks you do not cut them right off the grill. Second of all they looked a little overcooked. There was no redness or pinkish inside. for those kind of porterhouse steaks you place them on a hot grill for 2 minutes then turn them a little for another two minute and then flip them for another 2 minutes and turn them at a 45 degree angle for another 2 minutes and they should be medium or medium rare at that point depending on how hot your grill is…… But all in all those steaks just need salt and pepper……

  • I followed the advice in this video with two t-bone (I figured that was close enough to a porterhouse) bison steaks and they turned out to be some of the best steaks I've ever grilled! Thank you for the easy to understand advice.

  • You said it was the best of both worlds by saying "fillet mignon and sirloin" but actually it's a strip loin better known as a new york strip. I'm just saying. Good looking steak though

  • I love how your videos are concise and are really easy to follow. Some people give such elaborate recipes or advice that it is hard to follow. Maybe some day you can give advice on pork chops.
