That amount of sugar is disgusting.
i have been loving this method for years. BUT my city slicker daughter-in-law had me cook them another way and I have to admit they were a close second. Pressure cook your ribs in half cup of apple juice for 45 min then add your favorite sauce and grill to perfection.
Hi Todd…Those ribs look amazing! I just purchased a smoker and will be trying these for sure. Quick question: Do you smoke them for the last 3 hours? I know you do for the 3 hours…but do you also do it for the 2 hour and 1 hours segments? Please let me know. Thanks!
Are you using spare ribs or baby back ribs? There is a difference when cooking them.

On a master smoker I never see you all try smoking on a gas smoker just on a electric smoker

That's a lot of work,quite abit of cost to have the setup he had,but they looked awesome…I'd rather just make some crock pot ribs..Very tender,tasty,and juicy…Maybe not quite as good as his but far cheaper,far easier and still really good quality…
Great vid. What is your temp setting for the first 3 hrs of smoking? You mentioned temp setting in the 2-1 portion but not the 3 hr smoke. Thanks
