Hello my beautiful people! Today’s video is a little different but I wanted to show you how I meal prep all of my meats! The Traeger Grill is absolutely amazing. I actually fought my boyfriend on it before we bought it so he is now allowed to rub it in my face about how great it is. We go through everything you need to know about the Traeger and how we cook our meats. Apparently pellet grills/pellet smoker are the new fitness rave lol! Enjoy!
