  • You idiot. You cut away the fat. The only thing that keeps the pork moist and gives a lovely nutty fatty flavor.. I hate "chefs" like these making stupid videos that don't really know a shit about real actual cooking.. Fat gives flavor and keeps the meat moist.

    Why would you want a dry steak that tastes like a shoe?

  • This was the worst thing I've ever seen. Clearly no knife skills, under seasoned meat, and to top it all off, he didn't even let the meat rest before slicing it, which is why it looks so sloppy and wet on his cutting board and on presentation plate. :/ these videos have always been so helpful, too.
