Grilling Tomatoes
Chef Jason Hill shares his recipe for Grilling Tomatoes in this episode of “Chef Tips.”
Grilled tomatoes are delicious on everything from cooked pasta to salads and hamburgers. To grill tomato, all you need is a few simple ingredients: olive oil, fresh basil leaves, salt, pepper and aged balsamic vinegar. After marinating the cored, stemmed and seeded Roma tomatoes for roughly 1 hour, throw them on the grill for 10 minutes and experience the flavor explosion!

Such a great video, they look so yummy!! I'm completely against perpetuating stereotypes because thats really mean, but this video really shows how good gay guys are at cooking. I know that's kinda rude, but I actually think it's true. If the guy in this video was straight (sis), I bet those tomatoes wouldn't have looked half as good.

I thought Roma and San Marzano Tomatoes were shaped the same and if that's the case these aren't Roma tomatoes

1. why you marinate and wet the veg prior grilling ? is a dumb thing to do.. you grill dry first and after you dip them in fresh olive oil, garlic, herbs etc, when you are ready to eat them.. good chefs and people in Mediterranean know that.. 2. your minced garlic will be burnt in seconds and add nasty flavor.. 3. every good chef, greeks, italians,, spanians knows that you NEVER cook the olive oil.. i mean the real good virgin olive oil.. not the one you buy in your supermarkets which is good only to lubricate the bike's chain, even if it said is virgin.. is crap…. your olive oil will burn and ruin the food..i i have to say..f you are a chef i am the emperor of japan..
