  • Duck hearts, livers and necks are glorious grilled. Gizzards can be hit or miss as they tend to be chewy; I tend to add some mirin to the marinade and let it rest five minutes after grilling to let the meat loosen up.
    Time to plant some basil and mint near the new cooking station to sort out the unwelcome bugs.

  • Seems today's video Sros is a little bit happier, I read a comment from another video that it seemed Sros isn't happier and like she use to be. People grow, maybe she has stuff going on and isn't going to be a happy go lucky gal. Give her some slack, poor girl had a baby some months back, maybe lack of sleep or stress is causing her to be unhappy. Love the video, wish I could try your recipes. Oh and side note, I'd love in the description box what you are using, like green onion, palm sugar etc… would be nice to have a idea what to use instead of pausing 1000x making sure I got everything. LOL Just a idea, other than that keep the natural sounds, very soothing for me and I'm sure others would agree.

  • It just always bugs me that she doesn't peel all the garlic skin off of the cloves as she cleans them for cooking. Does that bother anyone else? Have you ever chewed on that papery skin? It is SO unappetizing.
