I don't understand why the steak cooked but the veggies did not.

Dollar general charcoal grill… Pay 1200 plus for this making someone rich wtf
Astonishingly bad video on many levels–most noted below.
what is this crap. this didn't ignite my passion for grilling.
that is not cooked!
Guess we are eating raw vegetables today.
firstly it wasn't hot enough secondly you didn't cook it long enough there was no char on the vegetables and your steak looked raw. my brother does a much better job cooks at a high temperature, oil the steak as well as season and you only need 2 minutes on each side at around 700 degrees F or 350 to 400 Celsius. Check my video for how to do it properly.
What about the coconut charcoal briquettes? Can you use on a roofed deck?
what about a chimney starter? can that be used to start up?
it was ok but could have been much better. Left out a lot of info for a learn the basics of use video. How long did he grill, when did he turn items over, what was the actual grilling temp? A whole lot of missing info.
his date must be a vegetarian!
You put the cooked items right back on the same tray the raw steak was on?
@sdprince I like mine at 550-600°F and 2-3 minutes per side…depending on the thickness of the steak it will get you a medium to medium rare doneness.
What temperature and how long are you cooking your steaks?
