Grilled Fish Taco's with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa Recipe – Grilling with Nicko's Kitchen

Recipe:
Adobo rub –
4 teaspoons chili powder, preferably made with New Mexico or ancho chiles
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Tomatilla Salsa
2lbs Fresh Tomatillos
2 med onions
1 large jalapeno or 2 small ones
2 California Chilies (Anaheim Chilies)
4 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 cup of cilantro compacted
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano (Mexican Oregano preferred)
1 tsp Kosher salt
