Grilled Kabab | Chicken kabab |Easy & instant recipe | The food stylist

Ingredients:
• Chicken boneless(2 breast fillet)…..1½ kg(cut into cubes)
• Green chili medium size…..12-15
• Garlic…..5-6 cloves
• Ginger….3 inch piece
• onion…..4 medium-sized (sliced)
• Namak(salt)1 ½ teaspoon /add to taste
• Paprika powder…..1 teaspoon
• Chilli flakes……1 tablespoon
• Red chili powder…..1 teaspoon
• Zeera(cumin)powder…..2 teaspoon
• Garam masala powder…..1 tablespoon
• Cooking oil….1 tablespoon
Method:
Step1:
Take the food processor and put all the ingredients in it one by one. Then cover it and turn its power on for processing.processed it till we get the right consistency and all ingredients are mixed up. Then turn it off and take out material in a bowl.
Step2:
Take a grill pan, pour oil and apply with a brush all over. Turn on the stove on low flame.
TIP1: before making kababs apply some oil on hands so kababs can be made smoothly.
Take the required material in hands and shape to a kabab and apply it on a wooden stick.
TIP2: Always dip the sticks in water before applying kabab material so kababs can be taken easily from the stick otherwise it will stick to the wooden stick.
Then put it in hot grill pan one by one, and cook on a low- medium flame for 4-5 minutes when done from one side turn another side to cook from another side.in the meanwhile gets ready more kababs so it can be cooked.when all kababs are cooked then place in a final dish (i used my grilled pan to give more appropriate look Grill Kabab).
Garnish and serve with condiments of your choice either sauces/raita. Naan is ideal as a side dish to serve with Grill kabab or it can be taken without Naan if you want more healthy food as per your choice.
Serving option:
It can be served in lunch and breakfast as the main meal. serve hot
it is a very easy and instant, quick chicken kabab recipe.you can also replace chicken with beef as per your choice.
It is a non-vegetarian dish, and it is health-friendly because the minimum amount of oil is used and chicken is high in protein which helps in weight management.
