  • How does this channel have less than 1k subs!? I really liked the feel of the video. Very helpful as well, as today I am potentially not burning wings today!

  • Don't knock out chicken feet until your try it. I recommend it at a good Dim Sum place.

  • My first and last video I will watch on this channel…..
First tip- dont cut off the wing tips or skin, but I guess that one is a personal preference so I'll over look that one.
Second tip- what kind of grill doesn't have a temp gauge??? Go to Amazon and pick up one for around $9 it's easy and will work better than your hand. You wouldn't bake in a oven without it being preheated to the correct temperature would you?
Third tip- while on Amazon pick yourself up a vortex cone! Laying your coals randomly in the center doesn't distribute the heat out evenly, the vortex cone corrects that ;).
And Last Tip- never ever ever put the wingette side towards the fire. The top of the drum should face the fire while the wing is towards the side of the grill.

  • Not trying to "flame" you, but you lose ALL credibility when you're standing there with lighter fluid.

  • I've been meaning to get back here and comment. I'm not much of a cook. I'm the family griller and chicken has always had mixed and inconsistent success. However, I tried your technique and used your Jo Jo Rub that I scraped together with what I had laying around in the house. Near the end of grilling, some friends dropped by unexpectedly. I put out the chicken wings and never in my whole life did I receive such compliments on food I prepared. Great success! Thank you!!!

  • You need to get out more. Chicken's tail, intestines, feet… all good depending on who cooks it.

  • How disrespectful to discriminate against other parts of the chicken. A respectable cook will honor the animal by using every part of the animal. I suggest you open up your horizons and try different things.
