  • "I call it spanish mustard, because it's got a couple of spanish ingrediants. Plus, I couldn't think of another name." watch the entire video next time before you comment and make a fool of yourself.

  • right, because putting meat on a tortilla means it automatically HAS to be authentic mexican food. get over it.

  • Dude, you are CRAZY. Chef John, one after the other – amazing things. I am supposed to be watching Worst Cooks in America (for the redhead, of course!) but, instead I am combing through your catalog. Wicked awesome. Now I want to go to Cambridge Culinary in Boston. I am inspired. Always wanted to.

  • @Coldworld26 That could open up a whole new cooking section for chef John. "Cooking with extinct/ endangered species" lol

  • @Karmara7 Just because you put some meat and things in a small tortilla like chef John did doesn't necessarally make it a taco. He never said it was or was like it. But whatever it is, it looks soooooo good!!!!!

  • @Karmara7
He never said he was making Mexican food. If you're thinking of fajita's, you should know that fajita's aren't really Mexican. They originated in Texas. Besides who cares? If it looks good, eat it.

  • Am I the only one who understands that there is a difference between Spanish and mexican food. Why the hell would you make a taco out of it, and CILANTRO? Why? Tacos are mexican and none of those ingredient should be in a marinade for taco meat.
