Go show Dave and his channel some love! Links in the description. And all the tools we used are there as well. Grab them now before the summer ends. These products are for real and I'm not getting paid to say that. I stand behind good products and this one fits the bill. So go get grilling!
very underrated channel!
I prefer to dehumidify it and chop it up and eat it in bite size pieces
About to do my first slow n sear ribeye’s let’s get it!!
this is by far the best method to grill a steak. just to take into consideration, dry brined cook faster than regular ones. I fucked it up the first time i did this method with prime grade rib eyes lol
Wow these are some fabulous looking steaks great job Steve thanks..FYI I checked out your facebook page loved it I could watch all the videos I've missed like ABC and your story of how you got to be where you are very kool brother…
Hi Dude!
You have a great channel, with professional videos…
Keep doing!
/Sebastien
I just wanted to add that I love that you're using rib eyes. I'm sort of a rib eye nut myself. Got my sub.
Wow! Very Nice!
Damn Steve, sorry I thought I was already subbed ! Great looking ribeye buddy !
Ive had my slow and sear for 2 years now and have made some awesome steaks on there but this cold grate method is something I will be trying soon! Great video!
did I miss the 5 tips?
Man i love ur editing vary professional but you need to work on ur showmanship
Just found your channel!
I love a big juicy steak…!!! ???
Great vid! Great looking steaks.
The color you achieved on the steaks were perfection… I am going to try this… thanks!
Here from Instagram, awesome channel and videos!
Daves a legend what al his stuff – 100% got the steak cooking down
Dry brine is absolutely not needed. I’ve don’t it both ways. Zero change. His other cooking tips are good tho.
Really great video, Bro! ????
Slow N Sear is the way to go for sure
Again, love the presentation and editing. Definitely different from the typical BBQ/grilling channel I frequent..in a good/refreshing sort of way.
Yes! I love reverse seared steaks! Such a revelation. But as always I learn a new technique, love the idea of cold searing. Thanks again brother, I always look forward to your videos.
What was the point of using a cold grate? Looks amazing
Those were some awesome looking steaks ?!! What a unique cooking method as well. ?
Thank you ?? so very much for the well wishes at the end of the vlog! He was released from the hospital, happy to be home & he thought your comment was extremely kind of you. ?
"get that head a little lower" hahaha, you guys made a funny and great team!
Your stuff is so much fun, man. I really enjoyed this.
Excellent production! Throughly enjoyed ever minute of this! David is a great guy and fun to hang out with, plus he makes the best steaks ever!
this was awesome, what a great technique and product for BBQ!! loved the presentation of it too steve!! excellent as always!
I guess you are now an official GrillMaster. The Slow and Sear has taken a $99 grill and turned it into a searing machine that very few grills can match. Great video and I expect to see Gordan Ramsay on your show soon.
I have to tell you I love my SlowNSear XL with my 26 inch Weber. I produce some of the best tasting steaks and it's hard to beat the indirect cooking part with Boston butts and beef brisket for long 8-hour Cook's without refilling charcoal.
Great looking steaks. David sure knows his stuff 🙂
Best ever way to grill a great steak!!!
I can’t get enough of this method. Definitely some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Those looked delicious. Love my Kettle, Slow N Sear, Drip N Griddle, and the Easy Spin Grate. Adrenaline BBQ Company produces some well designed products. Thanks for sharing?
Nom nom nom. I'm going to eat all three!! Great cook man.
It is not harmful if fat and meat juice drips into the glowing charcoal
Very nice video!! Intrigued about the cold sear technique, never thought of it. Completely off topic I have a friend whose doppelgänger is Dave Grohl ? Awesome band!!
Beautiful steaks! Pretty cool method. Great video, as always.
Great how to guys.
That sns is a must have!
Great video, Genteman! Cheers ?
Fantastic video as always. Dave and the Slow 'n Sear are the real deal! I am still impressed with your editing style and story telling. Bravo! [Phil]
Awesome steaks! Dave does know how to grill a nice steak! Great job, as always!
steaaak!! ??
The Slow N' Sear + Cold Grate Technique changed my steak game big time. Nice job Steve (and David). You nailed it.
Couldn't agree more in the method in which to cook steak but, I'm not sure why you need the slow 'n sear to do so. I can do this same cook on what's included with my Weber charcoal grill. Great video none the less…
