Thanks Lee! I received your email and replied hope you got it!
I am sure they will be spectacular and crunchy 🙂 Love my taters too!
I tried to follow the original recipe when I prepared this last series of videos and they pre-cooked the potatoes. You could certainly not pre-cook them, just grill them longer. I was leaning more towards the left over baked potato concept – I always cook extra baked potatoes 🙂 Cooking them pre-cooked gives you less crunch than cooking them raw. You might want to try them both ways ? Let me know!
Thanks, really happy to hear you like that recipe!
Great video and recipe, Gary. I also liked the plank chicken one you did too. I'll have to get Dean to pull out our plank and do some salmon with your herbed potatoes on it soon. Yum/thanks Joanie OCIC

Thanks James!
Depends how thick they are. 2 – 3 times is the average.
As I always say "More please" 🙂
Really, really good Gary! I "love my tators" too!
Those look really good.
Gary
how many times can you use a plank? twice?
Planked taters ROCK! I'm afraid that 2 wouldn't be enough, though. heh heh.
