Bacon Wrapped Asparagus – Grilling Recipe
This bacon wrapped asparagus recipe video tutorial teaches you how to grill this appetizer on charcoal grill. This recipe is pretty easy and it comes out smokey and flavorful. You don’t even have to spice it, but to add some extra flavor, you may add some black pepper and paprika to the bacon wrapped asparagus before you place it on the grill. The trick to not burning the bacon wrapped asparagus is to make sure that you are not using too many coals and that you let the coals get to medium low heat before placing the bacon wrapped asparagus on the grill. Do not place it on white hot coals as the bacon will light on fire, and the asparagus will burn very quickly. Once you cover the asparagus, it will start smoking after a couple of minutes. This will give the asparagus a delicious smokey flavor.
Ingredients: asparagus, bacon, black pepper, paprika, toothpicks.

1. Wash and pet dry the asparagus.

4. Season with black pepper and paprika, if desirable.
5. Place the bacon wrapped asparagus on grill and cook covered at medium low temperature for 4 to 6 minutes per side.
6. Once the bacon is golden brown and crispy, you may take it off the grill and enjoy!
