I'm not trying to sound too fat but couldn't you just wrap the cronuts in bacon and secure with a toothpick and fry it all together?

May b frying it is not the best choice, going to try mayb baking them.
Have to tell you this recipe was in my mind for some time made them and I was so disappointed to see how GREASY were they! Yuck! Sorry they look good but cant eat them.

I get really excited when I see a new cronut recipe and then….out comes the crescent can, Total buzzkill. That plus, "mix this with some spices" is not a recipe. You might as well go buy a D-n-D fake cronut, slap some ghetto cheese on with bacon bits and voila. You are the next Dominique Ansel. Next week, we will crazy glue Chips-ahoys into a Dixie Cup to rip off his Milk and Cookie shots.
