  • Are they the same as you serve at Dublin Airport? They were excellent and taste exactly as good meat sausages!

  • I have just made these. I put Chickpea flour in, instead of rice flour and the protein stuff…….still very nice. Thank you.

  • I find a chia egg works better to bind. ground chia mixed with water.. I TBsp ground chis with 3 TBsp of water. let sit 5 minutes until it's eggy or gooey. can't wait to try these. just bought sodium algenate and calcium chloride to make the same skin that beyond makes. videos on that here on you tube. get cooking!

  • Why do they keep using the word "MEAT" when that's what their trying to avoid (can't vegans come up with their own alternatives), why is he as a teacher teaching our kids about vegan sausage (another meat terminology) he shouldn't be teaching his own agenda.

  • Guys I love your videos. Very entertaining and fun. I tried this recipe and so wanted to like it…flavor was great but sad to say the texture wasn’t really meaty at all. It was more starchy. I wonder if replacing the rice flour with gluten would work better?

  • It would really be nice if all your recipes were written in the description box. I couldn’t find this particular sausage recipe in your website.
