I thinly spread mustard on both sides of the meat then melt real butter in a pan. When its hot drop the steak in and add dark soy sauce. Once its cooked to your liking, plate the stake and pour the juices from the pan over the stake. I don't like mustard as a rule but it's delicious after cooking with it.

Soy sauce is the most used shortcut to make things taste great, it’s like a cheat, and it’s bas for you.

Too much marinade you don't even know what you're eating. That's like rotten food served to sailors in the old days.

want a easy ass marinade??? steak sauce (wrshshshshsh substitute), Soy Sauce, Lime juice (one lime) garlic powder, (optional) chili or cayenne powder. everything is a option to flavor ..so teaspoons could be a table spoon.. whatever you like acquired to taste your marinade first. should be placed in a flat container flipped for both sides covering every side.. refrigerate as long as you want uncovered until cook time.

Or if you don't have a blender, just don't blend it and it will look and taste the exact same.

Would this quantity of marinade be enough for 2 steaks in a flat casserole dish while marinating in the fridge ?

Why not use fresh basil, garlic, and parsley? This is a very spice light recipe.

Go with white vinegar instead of worchestershire sauce and add season salt and a ton of oregano .

using soy sauce to marinate a steak with olive oil is sacrilege. stick to Asian ingredients if you want to go Asian. you waste the olive oil and the soy sauce. soy doesn't go well with olive oil.

For those at home this is a good start, but its a VERY herby taste. If you like that then this is for you. I'm about to use this recipe as a base and half the amount of herbs it calls for and replace it with idk something i havent decided yet.
