This healthy grilled chicken meal recipe is just wow. You can serve this with bread or with brown rice as per your choice. Calories-250Kcal Protein-57gm Carb-0gm
Prep Time-10 Mins Marinate Time- 30 Mins Cook Time- 20 Mins
Serving-3(Approx Size 192gm per piece)

INGREDIENTS

For Marinating

1. Chicken Breast -3 Pieces
2. Garlic-3 cloves
3. Chili Flaxes-1 tsp
4. Oregano-1 tsp
5. Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
6. Salt-1/2 tsp
7. Coriander-3 tsp
8. Lemon Juice-2 tsp
9. Honey
10. Olive Oil-2 tsp

For Grilling

1. Grill Pan
2. Olive oil As per Requirement.

For Vegetables

• Sliced Broccoli
• Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
• Chopped Carrots

PROCESS:
1. In a mixer blender, blend garlic cloves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, and the remaining herbs.
2. Now, in a big bowl take the skinless chicken breast pieces and pour the blended mixture onto that. Mix well and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Also, you can use a Ziploc bag for marinating.
3. While waiting, prepare the boiled vegetables. Then heat the pan and add some butter.
Then sauté the boiled vegetables for few mins. Add some black pepper powder and salt as per taste.
4. Then, heat the grill pan for 10 minutes and add the chicken pieces into that by using tongs.
Grill the chicken pieces for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Serve with those veggies and a piece of bread for the full meal
