– 2 onions (any kind)
– 1 table spoon of parmesan cheese
– 1 table spoon of garlic powder
– 1 table spoon of Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 table spoon of sault (more, less)

I used to make these when I went camping as a kid. One for you to try, is minced / ground lamb, mint and garlic. Bake a few potatoes and boil some greens and man, what a meal!
