Marinades for Grilling Pork
Marinating is a popular method of adding different flavors to your meat for grilling. Pork is very versatile and takes well to many different profiles! Here are a few ideas to get you started. Regardless of your marinade of choice, for maximum flavor always cook pork to an internal temperature of 145° F followed by a 3-minute rest off the heat. Cooking pork above that temperature will dry out the meat and result in a negative eating experience. Don’t scare people off from your BBQ!
