How To Make Lehsuni Paneer Tikka – Grilled Lahsuni Paneer | JOOS Food
Ingredients
500 gm paneer, cut into rectangular shape of 4″ * 4″ pieces
2 tbsp giner garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp elaichi powder
1 tsp cloves powder
1 tsp Nutmeg powder
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp curd
How to cook
1. Cut paneer pieces lengthwise, making sure that you do not completely cut the pieces. Give 3 – 4 slites lengthwise
2. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in bowl ad coat the cut paneer pieces well from inside and outside.
3. Places on a griller or a pan and grill till golden brown from both the sides.
4. Serves hot with lemon.
