  • Recipes looks good. Yes, the burger does seem BIG. I would practice molding a thinner amount of meat, don't want the density of the burger meat to overwhelm the experience.

  • I cooked this last night, and it came out really good.  No problems with burgers falling apart.  Made two very large burgers.  Tasted great!!!  Very moist and the bacon/onion did not keep burgers from under cooking.  Cooking time was around 10 minutes per side.

  • I just made one of these, didn't have regular bacon, so substituted turkey bacon.  It was awesome!  Thanks for the recipe!

  • Great question. There is enough fat in the beef and the bacon to hold the burgers together. Also, pressing them together helps them to hold on the grill.

  • that is just 2 much….u cant fit it in your mouth ..cmon its a joke (PUT BEEF AND MORE BEEF AN MEAT AND MORE MEAT ON TOP …ADD SOME CHEESE TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD)
