The beauty of the Cuisinart Twin Oaks pellet grill is that you can use both the pellet grill and propane grill simultaneously. This recipe makes two whole pizzas, one smokey on the pellet grill and one charred on the propane grill. If you have a regular pellet smoker or grill, this recipe will still work. Nothing like pizza cooked outdoors!
