I can't have pork or beef but lamb made it easier to have such taste

I bought this lamb leg steak at trader joes but had no IDE what to do with it, so I found your video. I enjoyed it & would like to try this but I don't have yogurt. Can I replace that with anything? I don't have milk either. Will butter or ghee work? Coconut milk?

They're not lamb steaks. It's just leg of lamb. Not the same thing. Lamb steaks are much smaller.
