Hi Candy , I’ve never tried spam but I think I saw a piece of pickle on the side of your sandwich. Adding dill pickle must taste great. That crunch and tang. My favourites are breakfast sandwiches. Egg over Swiss cheese with bit of mayo on whole wheat bread toasted , thin slice of smoked Black Forest ham . My second is a tuna melt. I first tried it in the states years ago. I never knew it existed before then. It was so good , decadent. I have a question , what would be your favourite sandwiches? At home , work ?

I dont really eat meat anymore, but one thing I loved to eat when I did was Spam and rice with seaweed! You can get the Hawaiian musubi at Aloha Kitchen or you can just but the little packages of "seaweed snack" at the store and put a spoonful of rice in it with a piece of Spam and make a little wrap… the .99 Only sells them 😁

It's so funny that spam actually makes me feel queasy – even just hearing the word. I can handle some other processed foods (not many though) but spam for some reason does my head in. LOL
