ok please someone tell me, can you eat the green stuff on the tomatoes?? course in my country everybody told me to not eat it.
very nice Gordon. Thanks
In the Caribbean we call it corn meal and we make porige with it and corn meal dumplings.
Too much salt Gordon!
As pretty as this looks, I'm not convinced that it would taste great.
Arepa con tomate
Tomato roasted/served w vine on?. Nope.
I tried the recipe and it’s good. But I couldn’t keep the grill on the polenta – the grilled bits always stick on the grill pan… does anyone know how I can avoid that?
Thank you Gordon for that easy made recipe and the experience to know how it smells and tastes what we see in your home cooking videos!
The Polenta is a absolute new thing for me and i really cook and eat it for the first time in my 54 years…!
I had no goat Yoghurt but i used a strong flavored Bulgarian Feta cheese by making him creamy with milk! The vinegar i used was a Balsamic vinegar cream which taste fruity and a bit more sweet than the regular Balsamic vinegar.. On the top the fresh watercress from my tiny garden on my balcony with a nice and strong taste… )Here are my two pieces before eating but it tastes great ! For how long does the polenta need to stay in the fridge?
Stop cooking spongebob!
You are the only chef I’ve seen that isn’t afraid to use sea salt and pepper, a pinch is fuck all and is so pointless! Love your cooking ♥️
Surely I can't be the only one who read that as goats turd

The man is an international treasure
Gordon is the kind of guy that seasons his water
Probably the most inspiring Gordon recipe Ive seen!
Non sprecate la polenta nei ristoranti insomma
How many times has he said “nice”. Ha, ha.
I thought it said "goat turd" instead of goat curd ??
Its 3am and I'm tired..
Every Gordon recipe has about 9,000g of sodium/salt. For those looking to reduce sodium from your diet, I suggest you look away
Gordon: Finally, for the Goat Curd. Get a Goat. Lightly…. season it.
Goat: Don't forget the olive oil.
Gordon: A touch…of olive oil.
Goat: Beautiful.
"It should just fall out!
plapp
"Beautiful"

I don't know the italians but their cuisine is so similar to the portuguese one i mean we have a lot of dishes that are basicly the same thing with different aproaches and for portugal this is the only way of fried polenta at least in the island of madeira , https://www.google.com/search?q=milho+frito&rlz=1C1CHBD_pt-PTJE824JE824&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjU9prE4Z3gAhWr5OAKHU3qDiIQ_AUIDigB&biw=1920&bih=969#imgrc=FiZMdo-_IMn0JM:
Love you
DID HE JUST SEASON WATER?
It looks like khaman dohkla a dish from Gujarat India. ?
NOoooooooooooooooooooooooo! First of all, polenta is NOT "to Italians as mashed potatoes are to Britains." Italian cooking is regional. Southern Italians don't eat Polenta unless they want some diversity from the North. Second YOU DO NOT "firm it" by making glop then baking it. Classical Polenta is cooked in the pot until firm enough to turn onto a plate then cut with a taut string. It's a great side with any sort of stew. And NO OLIVE OIL or butter in the mix. Bleah!
wow so easy and fantastic
