Did I cry when I watched Jon Favreau make that sandwich? Yes. Is it because that movie speaks to me on a emotion father/daughter level (my dad is a chef and also looks just like Favreau in the film)? Yes. Did I cry again watching this amazing grilled cheese being made? Yes. Was it because I'm on my period? Possibly.
100% Mayonnaise. It creates a perfectly even golden, crispy crust.
Add some pepper jack

Ratatouille!! I know it’s so bizarre and it’s animated, but the scene where he was cooking the soup and the ratatouille makes me salivate every time!
I actually grew up with mayo instead butter. It's really good. You just put less than you do the butter. Great video!
