Cool video, never thought of using the base pan as an actual pan
to cook in. Also isn't it dangerous to spray cooking spray on a heated surface? I think you should spray it before heating. The can should never be near heat because it's flammable.

I made this today and it came out great. I follow your recipe pretty much to a Tee. I did use a store bought pre mix and it came out perfect. What I did do is when the Ninja Foodi Grill was done I shut it off and opened the lid and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then I took out the base pan and gave it a shake and the pancake freed up. I next put a flat pizza pan on top and turned it over, then I turned back over. It tasted great. Thanks for sharing.
