Disney shares Famous Grilled Cheese Recipe from Woody’s Lunchbox – How to make at home

Recently Disney shared their famous grilled cheese usually found at Woody’s Lunchbox near Toy Story Land in Walt Disney World. Grilled cheese has always been a favorite of mine and I was quite excited to try out their recipe! If you’re a cheese lover this is a definite must try.

This recipe was modified to have less salt

Ingredients by parts (serves 4)

Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Garlic Spread
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
A pinch of salt, to taste

Sandwich (2 of each ingredient per sandwich)
8 slices of bread
8 slices of american cheese
8 slices of provolone
