DIJON BAKED SALMON | my favorite easy salmon recipe

This salmon recipe is so incredibly easy and it’s bursting with flavor. Just coat a large salmon fillet with my Dijon mix and bake it for 18-20 minutes. The end result is a healthy baked salmon recipe that’s super moist, light and flaky. It’s also paleo, low-carb, keto and Whole30 friendly. A family favorite dinner recipe for sure! And it makes for some tasty weekly meal prep (if you watched last week’s video). Enjoy!

  • Hi guys! If you watch my IG stories, you've seen me eating this salmon for the past several weeks. Ha! It's sooo good. Definitely a recipe to have on repeat and it makes for great meal prep as well! If you're looking for a delicious side dish recipe to serve with it, I recommend my Garlic Sautéed Swiss Chard and Mashed Cauliflower. Both recipes are on my website. Enjoy! – xo, Lisa

  • What are your thoughts on pan searing the salmon first, then putting the glaze and baking it? This recipe looks great. I want to try it. My husband tends to like a crispy skin, which is why I ask about the pan searing.

  • I have been buying Sockeye Wild salmon. Just served this with some roasted veggies and riced cauliflower. Delicious!

  • Hello everyone. Does anyone have suggestions on great online wild caught salmon. From experience, it's difficult to find actual wild caught salmon. Thank you in advance.

  • So good! Just made it. I squeezed a whole lemon and omitted garlic (intolerance). I put it over a bed of fresh arugula. No dressing needed.

  • I had come across your YouTube channel maybe about a month ago. I have been watching probably 2 to 3 videos of yours daily. I am enjoying the simplicity of your recipes. I am a huge fish lover and whenever my wife and me can go salmon fishing she is usually the one that catches the salmon. Now, I saw this recipe the other day and we had just picked up some flash frozen coho salmon. So I thought I’m gonna try this recipe. This was absolutely delicious and super easy for a visually impaired guy to make. This was delicious.

  • I love king salmon but it's more difficult to buy king salmon nowadays because those are the main food for orcas whales (killer whales) which are protected and some restaurants no longer serve it due to environmental reason. So I'm settled with sockeye. I find it tastier than coho. 🙂
