Cauliflower Steaks And Sirloin Steaks On The Camp Fire | Cauliflower Steaks | Keto Diet

Cauliflower steaks over the campfire with some grilled sirloin steaks. These cauliflower steaks work great on my Roger Raglin Diet. So does the grilled sirloin steak. Now The Roger Raglin diet may not be considered keto since it is not high fat. But, your body does enter ketosis, so it is a ketogenic diet. It is also a low carb diet. No this cauliflower steak and sirloin steak meal may not seem like diet food, but it is a keto recipe. I do have a playlist for Roger Raglin Diet, keto recipes, so I will put a link below for you to find it. I used my new fire pit to make this campfire meal. I just laid a griddle across the fire pit that I got from Lifedoo company and it worked flawlessly. I seasoned up the cauliflower steaks with some Black Tie Steak Rub from Phil’s Gourmet Sauces and Rubs. I also used Phil’s Gourmet Steak Rub on my sirloin steak. This is a great fire pit and the Cutco griddle worked great with it. Remember to click the link below to check out this fantastic little portable fire pit from Lifeoo. Remember to tell them Chef Johnny sent ya and let Phil know also. His link will be below. Please remember to share this video on all your social media and with your friends and family. • Great video! I love me some cauliflower steaks! One time I smoked some and they started to crumble so I turned them into smoker cauliflower mash, and let me tell you… it was awesome! Great content! Keep up the great work!

  • Great cook Chef! I love the style of this Camp Fire, I carry a Pit Boss portable in the trunk of my car and it eats half the trunk almost. The other half is a cooler for cold delicious frosties, lol. Plus a chair, a hunting blind, cooking utensils and such. Thinking about it, I should do a video on how to have everything to survive in the trunk of a mid sized sedan.

  • Great video. I love grilled cauliflower. (Or any vegi for that matter.) I grill broccoli steaks the same way. You just cant cook them as long! Over lump coal is even better. Anyways, congratulations on the 90 POUNDS LOST. Great job brother!!! ?

  • That sure looks good, Chef Johnny. The steak reminds me of what I had on my dad's farm. So good. That is a nice looking fire pit. Very handy. Cheers!

  • I do not know that I am brave enough to eat cauliflower steaks. Or, I should say, I would eat them but I'd be very difficult to live with while I was doing so.
