Oh my day's I have just made this and I have to say that I am usually not overly keen on lamb chops ribs etc, however this was a game changer!

I have done short ribs lots of times like this and i use honey garlic in a pot ,just enough to coat all the ribs and they are delicious ,yummy yummy

Who said, you shouldn't par-boil your ribs? We do that all the time, even if you want to put them on the grill. It gives you a totally different texture, which is delicious. Different strokes.
