  • Looks fantastic! I'm thinking a small chunk of mozzarella pushed down in middle of burger. When you cut it open, ooooze😎 Thanks for the great idea!

  • That looks amazing Jeff
I'm not a huge onion fan, unless caramelized. I think these will be in a future cook

  • Hot Dang that was a winner winner Sweet Onion Bomb dinner. I have Walla Walla sweet onions GT sent from Washington State, and I have the rest of the stuff. I copycated your Huli Huli chicken (well, sort of) and I am going to copycat this cook. Just you wait and see. That looks awesome. You got an A+ on presentation.

  • Could you cook these on the Big Easy SRG? Either on the top grill or inside?

  • You might also try putting beef broth on top of the onion to penetrate the layers. Looks great keep them coming. Thanks Jeff.

  • A masterpiece…. think I'm going to wrap a few of these up, and a few of those charbroiled bacon wrapped Chicken legs that you had last week, and toss them all in my Big Easy… mine's a little different from yours it's got a smoke Box on the side, and the lids attached permanently. Maybe use some pecan shells , and sugar cane stalks just for fun, (pecan shells are sweet). Thanks for sharing Jeff, keep em coming, love you guys. = )
