  • I didn't fight and claw my way to the top of the food chain to crawl back down and eat grass! All Natural and Organic as it gets! I like it when my food eats the veg & grubs for me, then I can eat it!!! BBQPB4L!!! Hats off to Jiter Bug!!!

  • Great preparation. I always wanted to cook some pheasant and eat some. Last time I had it with some gravy. It was over 25 years ago. I can't forget the taste. I love it so much I am craving it now. Great video.

  • The carmelized maple syrup and apple sauce must taste incredible on this pheasant. The bird looks like it has a lot more fat than I thought pheasants had – so must have been so juicy.

  • Hoping to go on my first pheasant hunt this year! I'm a bit late in life, but at least I can count on the Pit Boys to show me how to prep it right!

  • It's really a good idea that you show the prep work after the harvest. Sooner or later those "vegematics" will figure out where "food" comes from.

  • You guys certainly know how to ruin the day of a guy who is on a diet. Love your clips – you seem to be living the dream.

  • My dad ran over a pheasant when I was a kid. Hit the head with the front spoiler of the car – Instant death. He said it wasn't on purpose but i am still having a hard time believing him. We took it to my grandmother and it ended up as a good sunday dinner. Best road kill I ever had 😉

  • Just a suggestion, when your cleaning 2 or more Pheasant, have a hose handy and don't wait until you have cleared 2-3 of them.  I am sure the pit masters know that your hands and fingers get ridiculous sticky and you end up shaking your hands all day trying to get feathers off.

  • In my culture we wash the white meat always with salt and water first we put some salt and massage it over it very well and than wash it off with water so all the dirt will go away and we will have it clean & ready to cook

  • And another thing, if ur gonna get mad at these people for killing a pheasant, then go friggen hate on wolfs, coyotes and wild cats as well, because they kill and eat them too.
