Today I’m going so excited to show you how I prepare Chicken steam and grill recipe! It is a dish that we see often in a small and medium restaurants in Cambodia and this is one of favourite of Cambodian middle class too.
Ingredients we need:
– Chicken 1.8kg,
– Honey: 04 to 05 tsp
– Salt 02 tsp
– Sugar 02 tps
– Garlic 01 tsp
– Pepper powder 01tsp
– Fish sauce 03 tsp
– Hashed Chilies 01 tsp- Cucumber 300g- Tomatoes 300g
