Oh my didi these roasted Cornish hens came out amazing in the Ninja Foodi grill! Super moist and delicious! The ninja foodi Grill is perfect for making these Cornish hens. I will have an upcoming video on stuffed Cornish hens in the ninja foodi grill and also Cornish hens in the Ninja Foodi as well. Cornish Hens

preheat Ninja foodi 375F

2 Cornish game hens

2-4 Tbsp butter softened
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt

Mix the butter with the seasonings. set aside

pinch kosher salt
pinch black pepper
pinch thyme
pinch rosemary
couple slices of lemon
4. smashed garlic. cloves

Take the pinches and sprinkle into. Cornish hen cavity. Place garlic and lemons into cavity.

If you have butchers twine tie legs together-if not don’t worry.

Sprinkle skin with salt and pepper

Place Cornish hens into ninja Foodi grill and let roast for 15-20 minutes. Then turn over Cornish hens cook for 8-10 minutes. Then turn back over and let cook until done usually about 5-10 more minutes. do an. internal temp cook until 165F.. I removed mine at 160F and it carried over to. 165F.
Remove and let rest. Then enjoy!

    Hi Lisa, you could presumably just use small chickens then as I have never heard of cornish game hens or is that a silly question? I loved the stuff you put inside and the way you showed how to do that butter – awesome!!

    going to make that tomorrow with wild rice and broccoli, going to use orange marinade on the Cornish hen love using my foodi grill and the ninja foodi and your hens look great

    I've never tried…cooked nor eaten…a cornish game hen. My 65th B-Day is next month. I really should try and cross this off my bucket list, lol.
