Well, the whole buying the BBQ at Walmart didn't turn out so well. They were selling us a severely damaged item, broken, thermostats missing, ignition wires broken off and didn't have one to send to us to keep the same price we bought it for – the price went up right after I bought it. No where did it say 'broken, partially assembled and badly damaged'. SERIOUSLY disappointed and now they can't even get a replacement to me by having one shipped to my home!!
I got a steal of a deal about 3 hours ago on this grill and my husband is on his way to pick it up as I type this! I can't WAIT to get this setup and start cooking….it looks amazing, the features it has far exceeded what I would have ever expected in a BBQ. The video's are great, I learned alot already. Now I need to show my husband the part about the grease tray….which resulted in a fire on labor day weekend that started burning the hoses to the knobs – but considering I am getting gas and coal – I wish it had of burned up sooner hahahahaa! I didn't know there was such a thing out there. Thanks for the video's PBoss! Here's to grilling tomorrow night!
I got a grill from Wal-Mart and got help with getting it from the store and to my home and had paid for assembly since I am a disabled vet. Wal-Mart brought out a grill that was used in the garden and out in the Texas heat of 108 or more humidity. I was surprised it was already assembled and of course still had to pay the guys but they brought it out to my back patio. I didn't notice until the following week hoping to smoke a pork butt and realized that the door to the smoker I could not remove the paper as it had melted onto the glass and there was no temperature gage for the door. Immediately called Wal-Mart hoping to get the door replaced. Of course they want me to bring that grill back for replacement since part isn't available. I need help please. I'm disabled and it was hard to arrange assembly the first time and I was out of so much money. The grill works perfectly, just need a new door so I can see into and the temperature gage. What can I do without having to again arrange to take the grill back? PLEASE HELP ME.
