    That's too much salt for one piece of meat. Why use butter instead of olive oil? That's an excellent idea though to move it over to a lower burner and let it cook some more. I would definitely need to do that because I CAN'T STAND med to rare meat!!!

    Of course he has to demo on the bbq with the sear section. Just demo on the normal Webber bbqs that most people have. I bet you don’t get the same results

    Question: are you leaving the top open when you sear and then closing it once you move it over to the low heat.

    I'm asking because I'm not a pro griller but I tried this and almost burned my steak with the lid closed πŸ˜”
