where to buy good steaks from?
i like cooking my steaks a bit cold so i can get more of a crust. my grill sucks.
Call me a dunce, but I didn't know that covering the grill lowers the heat; that's counterintuitive as one would think trapping the heat. But I see now, it lowers the oxygen to the fire. Thanks for that tip.
