    I tried this and it was delicious! The combination of lime, chorizo, onion and coriander is amazing. In my opinion you don't even need to grill the chorizo, it is good without it too.

    This was good. I added rice as a main disk. My boyfriend loved it. So simple but yum! New fav. Thx

    Hi Laura is there another kind of sausage that's i can use that's BEEF, instead of the Spanish chorizo?

    Made this twice, and it was delicious. A real quick easy meal to make. I used the el salvador chorizo, gives it a bit spicy taste.

    This is delicious!!!!! Just made it;) I added more cilantro because I love that stuff…hmm h'm so good!!! Lol …I just popped am angel food cake in the oven too:) thanks for such yummy recipes and for being such inspiration 🙂 my kids hear ur theme tune and they come running lol and while thet make a quick lunch, help me cook, or make a snack if u listen u will hear ….lets play like I'm Laura Vitale;) they adore u!
