  • I Made this but subd pecans for cashews , added diced red grapes and served on toasted potato rolls. Hada lunch similar to this at the cincinnatti zoo and these were delish!!!

  • It reminds me of The Sonoma Vegan Chicken Salad at Whole Foods, which is delicious. Its pretty much this recipe but with red grapes, and pecans instead of the cashews, and cranberries.

  • I think the salted cashews will really go with the mixture but I doubt cranberry ……..anyway it looks amazing

  • Like the cashew idea, but I'm sure I could not get my hubbie to try it.
    Also mayo and cranberry just do not seem to go together to me, sorry.

  • Whole cashews?! Geez… Also that last part of the video is really unnecessary. I highly doubt anyone watching this video was confused on how to make a sandwich.
