Weber Grill Dry Rub Pork Ribs and Zucchini
Join me out on the patio as I put the pork ribs and zucchini on the grill. I’ll show you step by step on how I bring everything together.
Dry Rub ingredients are:
1/2 cup Black Pepper
1/2 cup Kosher Salt
1/2 cup Paprika
1/4 cup Onion Powder
1/4 cup Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Meat Tenderizer
*The measurements of this recipe will provide you enough for future use. You can also modify the ingredients to your desire of taste. Keep your dry rub in an airtight container*
