The best grilled chicken I’ve ever had!!! Kamado Joe Spatchcock Cornell Chicken recipe | SDBBQ



If you haven’t had Cornell chicken you’re doing chicken wrong! I know those are fighting words but trust me on this one. In this video I show you how brine, spatchcock and grill this classic recipe on the Kamado Joe Classic 3 (same rules apply for other grills if thats what you have).

Recipe (I doubled this)
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup oil (I used Canola)
1 egg
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
pepper
6-8 chicken breasts

  • being from binghamton….I know this well. We also have a similar recipe called EJ Chicken that is just a tiny bit different but equally as good. Only difference is Cider vinegar I believe.
