Smoked Chicken Breast Recipe
Chef Jason Hill shows you how to make a smoked chicken breast recipe on his Green Mountain Grills Pellet Grill in this episode of “Chef Tips.” These smoked chicken breasts are great served alongside a spicy coleslaw for a summer picnic. What kind of wood did you use? I want to try this in my Little Smoky vertical gas smoker. Will this work?

What flavor pellets did you use?
Thanks for sharing.

Looks good Jay, we are on weight watchers so I omitted the honey, still tasted great!!
Thanks for the tips. Nice job on the chicken too!
UUUMMM BOY!!!
No garlic? That's an interesting choice 😉
Only 220 degrees F? That seems unusually low. Did I misunderstand something?
I use this on chicken thighs and add coconut/Olive oil instead of butter. Oh. My. Word. Your dry rub is amazing!!! Thanks for the video.
you should never cover vent tray with foil,, there's a reason it has holes and is adjusable
it would also be nice to mention what type of pellets are you cooking with …
That looked good
Thank you! Has subscribed. Like!#803
You're precious
Awesome! Last night was my first GMG meal – ribeyes, and tonight I followed your directions swapping out orange juice for grapefruit juice. I had a piece I cut off taking it off the grill. Not sure why I'm here typing now. Seeya! Going to go eat. Thanks for the tips!
Smoked to perfection!
great video, thank you!
not smoked! change the title!
Great video can't wait to try it. What wood (pellets) did you use?
Maybe my chicken breasts were really big or something. I followed this recipe, but it took over three hours to grill my boneless, skinless chicken breasts from Zaycon Foods. I ended up turning up the temp on my GMG grill after some time because the wife and kids were getting hungry.
I cooked it at 275, it was still fantastic
Man, this recipe was so good, my KIDS (who are the MOST finecky f eaters ate all the leftovers. This will go in my favorites. Wife has already said to double the recipe next time!
i wish i could understand your accent mate. looks so nice
what was the temp you were smoking them at like 250 to 275?
I have the same smoker you do. Going to do this tonight!! Thanks!
Looks very good will try it on my GMG. But I see you spread your chicken breast all over the grill. Does it cook evenly everywhere? Because on my grill I have troubles with hot and cooler spots. For example, if I spread my chicken like you, chances are, the breast on the center and left side are going to be ready way before the right side if I don't move them around. Do you move your chicken when you flip them or do you let them where you put them in the first place?
I seen no smoke. Where is the smoke
Nice hat. Fight on!!
FIGHT ON!
You really don't need to worry about heat loss on a Green Mountain smoker. It regains the heat almost immediately. it's the beauty of a good pellet smoker.
